Jeannie A. Liebegott is litigation counsel for the law firm. She focuses primarily on commercial and residential real estate litigation, corporate law, community association law, zoning, land use, and environmental law in state and federal court. Jeannie represents condominiums, homeowner associations, property management companies, cooperative associations, property managers, and individual members of the board of directors for community associations in Florida. Before joining the firm, Jeannie worked at a national insurance defense firm for over 15 years and held the role of shareholder for 10 years representing insureds under insurance policies for various lines, including but not limited to Directors & Officers and Errors & Omissions. Jeannie started her law career representing commercial and residential developers and lending institutions.

Professional Experience:
Jeannie obtained summary judgment in favor of a large Property Owners Association located in Fort Myers, Florida. The lawsuit was filed against the POA by three of the condominium associations that represent the 220-condominium unit owner members of the POA. Jeannie argued the appeal before the Second District Court of Appeals which expanded the statute of limitations to challenges to Articles of Incorporation in community associations in Florida.
