This is something we never want to hear. We recognize that we are no different than any other service industry in that we must communicate with and respond to our clients. We give our direct line phone numbers to clients. When we are out of the office, calls are forwarded to the attorney’s cell phone. We strive to return all calls by the end of the day received.
